Loyalty & Referral Program Policies

Welcome to the Flake Wellness Circle — a loyalty and referral program designed to reward your investment in a healthier workspace and build a wellness-first community across Egypt.

1. Loyalty Points System

How You Earn Points

  • Earn 1 Wellness Point for every 1 EGP spent
  • Applies to purchases from both showrooms and online
  • Points are calculated based on net invoice value (after discounts)
  • Shipping and taxes are excluded

Points are added only after:

  • Full payment is completed
  • Order status is marked as Delivered

How You Redeem Points

  • 1,000 points = 25 EGP discount
  • Minimum redemption starts at 50,000 points
  • You can use points to cover up to 20% of your order value

Points Validity

  • All points expire on December 31st each year
  • Points reset to zero on January 1st
  • No carry-over to the next year

2. Referral Program (Wellness Ambassador)

Friend Benefits

  • Up to 3 friends can each receive a 500 EGP voucher after your first order
  • Valid on their first purchase across all products
  • Minimum order value: 10,000 EGP
  • Voucher is one-time use only

Your Rewards

  • Earn 20,000 points per successful referral
  • Equivalent to 500 EGP in value
  • Maximum referrals per year: 3 friends
  • Maximum annual reward: 60,000 points

What Counts as a Successful Referral

A referral is valid only when:

  • The referred customer completes a purchase
  • The 14-day return period passes successfully

3. Membership & Eligibility

  • Membership is automatically activated after your first purchase
  • Your account is linked to:
    • Mobile number
    • Email address

Points are:

  • Non-transferable
  • Cannot be shared between accounts

4. Voucher & Usage Rules

  • Referral vouchers:
    • Cannot be combined with major seasonal sales (unless stated otherwise)
    • Must be used within the same calendar year
  • All vouchers expire on December 31st

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • If an order is returned or cancelled:
    • Earned points will be deducted
  • If points were already used:
    • Their value will be deducted from your refund

6. Fair Use & System Integrity

FlakeTech reserves the right to:

  • Audit accounts for suspicious activity
  • Cancel or remove points in cases of:
    • Fake referrals
    • Self-referrals
    • Abuse of the system

7. Policy Updates

  • FlakeTech may update:
    • Points system
    • Referral rewards
  • Updates will be communicated with 30 days’ notice via email

8. Key Program Rules (Quick Summary)

  • 1 EGP = 1 Point
