1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@flaketech.net with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged.
