Our official working days are Saturday to Thursday.

Fridays and public holidays are non-working days for FlakeTech and shipping partners.
2. Delivery Methods

Orders are delivered through trusted third-party couriers to ensure reliable service.

A signature may be required upon delivery as proof of receipt.
3. Delivery Timeframes

In-stock items: Fulfilled within 21–30 business days.

Custom-made orders: Fulfilled based on the production time stated on the product page.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier schedules, and external circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the product weight/size and delivery address.

For special or bulk orders, delivery charges will be quoted separately and added to the final balance.
5. Delivery Attempts

If no one is available at the provided address, the courier will attempt delivery again.

If the second attempt fails, you will need to contact customer service to reschedule.

Orders not received within 7 days of the first delivery attempt may be canceled, and additional charges may apply.
6. International Shipping

Currently, delivery is available only within Egypt. For international shipping requests, please contact support@flaketech.net before placing an order.
