1. Business Days
- Our official working days are Saturday to Thursday.
- Fridays and public holidays are non-working days for FlakeTech and shipping partners.
2. Delivery Methods
- Orders are delivered through trusted third-party couriers to ensure reliable service.
- A signature may be required upon delivery as proof of receipt.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- In-stock items: Fulfilled within 14 business days.
- Custom-made orders: Fulfilled within 25 business days, based on production requirements stated on the product page.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier schedules, and external circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the product weight/size and delivery address.
- For special or bulk orders, delivery charges will be quoted separately and added to the final balance.
5. Delivery Attempts
- If no one is available at the provided address, the courier will attempt delivery again.
- If the second attempt fails, you will need to contact customer service to reschedule.
- Orders not received within 7 days of the first delivery attempt may be canceled, and additional charges may apply.
6. International Shipping
