A Milestone Year
By 2025, FlakeTech had reached a new stage of visibility and scale. The brand was no longer growing quietly. It was stepping forward.
That year, FlakeTech participated in two major events, Insomnia 2025 and RiseUp, connecting with wider B2C and B2B audiences and strengthening its presence across different communities. The product range continued to evolve with the introduction of phone booths, while the official launch of gaming chairs received strong market interest and validation.
2025 also marked an important expansion on the ground. A new branch opened in First Settlement, New Cairo, at Offlex Mall, bringing FlakeTech closer to its customers and reinforcing its physical presence.
As operations scaled, so did the team. FlakeTech grew to more than 50 employees, reflecting not just growth in size, but growth in ambition and capability.
2025 was the year FlakeTech stepped into a larger role.
More visible.
More connected.
And ready for what comes next.

Expanding the Vision
By 2024, FlakeTech was ready to move beyond steady growth and into expansion with intention. The focus was not only on reaching more people, but on strengthening what sits behind the brand.
In Egypt, we began planning the launch of gaming chairs to serve a rapidly growing gamer community. At the same time, our accessories range continued to expand, and the Flake Chair was introduced as a new addition to the lineup, broadening how FlakeTech supports different workstyles.
2024 also marked our first steps into the Saudi market. It was the beginning of FlakeTech’s regional expansion and an important move toward a wider presence beyond Egypt.
One of the most defining milestones came from within the company itself. The launch of our in-house factory gave FlakeTech greater control over quality, innovation, and local production, strengthening the brand from the inside out.
2024 became a turning point.

And building stronger from within.

Strength Under Pressure
By 2023, FlakeTech had entered a new phase of growth. The brand was expanding, and so were its responsibilities. That year, we launched a new website and broadened our product range, introducing a wider and more diverse selection of chairs and accessories.
It was also the year FlakeTech opened its first office. For the first time, the team had a dedicated space to work, plan, and grow together.
But 2023 came with real challenges. Currency fluctuations and import limitations placed pressure on the business and forced difficult decisions. Instead of slowing down, we adapted. The obstacles pushed us to rethink how we operate and led us toward a new focus on local manufacturing.
What started as a response to crisis became a strategic shift. One that strengthened the business and set the stage for what would come next.
2023 was about resilience.

A New Chapter
By 2022, FlakeTech had built a solid foundation. The early years focused on creating a product people could trust. But by now, we were ready for the next phase.
With a strong B2C presence established, FlakeTech set its sights on the B2B space. We began delivering large-scale workspace solutions to some of the region's leading organizations, including AUC and SAP. What began with one motorized desk had transformed into a comprehensive product lineup. Fixed desks, ergonomic chairs, and monitor arms were added, each designed to support the diverse ways people work.
As the community around FlakeTech grew, so did our reach. With each new project and collaboration, we expanded our presence and strengthened our partnerships. FlakeTech had become more than just a product brand; it was now a trusted partner for complete workspace solutions.
2022 was about scale.
From individual users to large organizations.
And from products to full workspace solutions.

Growing Together
By the time 2020 ended, FlakeTech had direction. A clear idea, a first product, and a belief strong enough to step outside the planning phase.
In 2021, FlakeTech came to life.
With a small team of two, FlakeTech began working directly with customers. The first desks were sold, used, and tested in real workdays. Feedback came fast, and it was taken seriously. Every comment shaped the next move.
The motorized desk grew into a fuller workspace experience. Smart accessories and drawers were added, not to expand the lineup, but to complete the idea.
As confidence grew, so did visibility. Early influencer collaborations helped carry the brand beyond its early circle and into new conversations with a wider audience.
Toward the end of the year, FlakeTech took its next defining step. The first showroom opened in Obour, creating a place where the brand could be experienced in real life, not just online.
2021 was the shift from concept to connection.

Before there was a team, a factory, or a product range, there was a clear belief. A workspace should move with the person using it, not restrict them. Comfort, flexibility, and motion were not extras. They were essential.
That belief turned into one decision. Build a motorized standing desk that could change how a workday feels. Not as a trend, but as a foundation for something bigger.
That year was quiet. No rush to scale. No wide catalog. Just focus. The business was registered. The first website went live. One product was launched with intention behind every detail.
There was direction before there was growth. Every step was deliberate. One idea, one desk, and the confidence that this first move was only the beginning.
